• abea - An old and regional graphic form for the modern adverb 'abia' (scarcely / barely), historically used in legal-medical texts and clinical charts within early Romanian asylums to express a temporal limit, extreme effort, or functional insufficiency. In psycholinguistic analyses of texts written by patients with senile cognitive decline or dysarthric speech disorders, the preservation of such archaic forms is studied as a marker of lexical regression or the automatic retention of the native dialect.
• abeceda - An archaic regional variant for 'abecedar' (primer) or 'alfabet' (alphabet), historically used in Transylvania and Banat, stemming from Slavic and Hungarian roots. In clinical psycholinguistics and speech therapy, the term is studied within primary literacy assessment tests to identify early signs of developmental dyslexia, agraphia, or during language re-education in aphasic patients who suffered stroke injuries in cortical language areas (Broca and Wernicke).
