- Acrodolichomelia — A rare congenital structural malformation or anatomical feature characterized by disproportionate and excessive length of the distal segments of the limbs (hands and feet relative to arms and thighs, or unusually long digits).
- Acromacria — A rare congenital structural malformation or skeletal development anomaly characterized by the disproportionate, excessive length and thinning of the distal segments of the limbs, especially the digits.
- Arachnodactyly — A congenital anomaly characterized by the excessive length, slenderness, and unusual flexibility of the fingers and toes, causing them to assume an elongated appearance reminiscent of a spider's legs. It represents a major clinical sign and a foundational diagnostic criterion for hereditary connective tissue disorders, most frequently associated with Marfan syndrome or Loeys-Dietz syndrome.
