• Aerophotography — The technique of photographing the Earth's surface from high above, using special photographic cameras mounted on board airplanes, helicopters, satellites, or drones; the photographic image obtained through this process. It is widely used in topography, archaeology, meteorology, military espionage, and urban planning.
