#afebrile
- Apyretic — Apyretic or afebrile; lacking fever, a clinical state of a patient whose body temperature is within normal (physiological) limits, or a medical condition that progresses without febrile manifestations.
- Apyrexia — Temporary or permanent absence of fever during an infectious or inflammatory disease; a clinical interval of body temperature normalization (afebrile state) occurring naturally, spontaneously, or as a result of administering antipyretic or antibiotic medications.
- Athermic — Taking place or produced without the release or absorption of heat; involving no thermal variations. In medicine and biology, the term describes the evolution of a disease, a pathological state, or a patient showing no fever, or treatments (such as laser procedures or low-intensity ultrasound) whose therapeutic effects are based on mechanical or chemical mechanisms rather than tissue heating.
