• Agyieus — An ancient Greek mythological epithet attributed to the god Apollo (Apollo Agyleus), viewed as the protector of streets, public ways, doorways, and outdoor spaces. His structural symbol was often represented by a pointed conical pillar or a simple stone obelisk placed in front of houses or at intersections to ward off evil spirits and protect the community.
