#aloat
- Dough — An old, archaic, and regional phonetic variant of the noun 'aluat'; a homogeneous and malleable paste obtained by kneading cereal flour with water, salt, fats, or leavening agents (yeast, sourdough), used to bake bread, pies, or various pastry products. In Aromanian and some historical Romanian dialects, the term retains the original form from popular Latin and indicates the raw material prepared for leavening.
