#angiolupoid
- Angiolupoid — A rare clinical form of cutaneous sarcoidosis (structurally known as Brocq-Pautrier angiolupoid), characterized by the appearance of well-defined, infiltrated plaques or nodules, reddish-purple or brown in color, typically localized on the nasal pyramid or the inner canthus of the eye. Histologically, this lesion is distinguished by the association of a typical sarcoid (tuberculoid) granulomatous infiltrate with an intense component of neoangiogenesis and pronounced capillary vascular ectasias.
