#aventurism

• Aventurism — An attitude, doctrine, or behavior characterized by the tendency to initiate high-risk, reckless political, military, or financial actions that lack rigorous planning or a realistic basis for success; this approach speculates on momentary conjunctures, ignoring long-term consequences and endangering the stability of a community or organization. In public discourse, the term carries a strong pejorative connotation, condemning the lack of responsibility in certain leaders.
