#book collector
- Antiquarian — An obsolete and archaic form for the noun 'anticar' (a person specialized in collecting, evaluating, or trading old art objects and rare books) or historically used as an adjective meaning 'archaeological'. In academic texts from the 18th and 19th centuries, the term defined scholars and researchers who studied the material remains, inscriptions, and monuments of ancient civilizations, serving as the modern precursors to ancient history specialists.
