#erythema
- Acrodermatitis — An inflammatory, chronic, or acute dermatological disorder localized exclusively or predominantly on the extremities of the body (hands, feet, fingers), manifesting as cutaneous lesions, erythema, or vesicles.
- Acroerythrosis — A peripheral circulatory disorder characterized by a persistent, intense, and often symmetrical reddish or purplish discoloration of the extremities (hands, feet, digits), caused by capillary dilation.
- Acromelalgia — A rare clinical syndrome characterized by paroxysmal episodes of intense burning pain, pronounced redness (erythema), and increased local temperature in the extremities (hands and feet). Symptoms are typically triggered by exposure to heat or physical exertion and are caused by a vasomotor disorder of the peripheral microcirculation.
- Areoli patches — An archaic, rare plural form or conceptual variant utilized in old medical treatises to designate small circular spots, round erythematous inflammations, or rarefied cutaneous vesicles appearing on the skin during certain dermatological or infectious diseases. In a historical structural-pathological sense, the term described circumscribed areas of redness developing in isolation, serving as visual indicators for diagnosing eruptive fevers.
