- Anti-tobacco — Combating smoking or tobacco consumption; designed to discourage the use of tobacco products or to eliminate the unpleasant effects generated by cigarette smoke. It is typically used in commercial and social contexts to describe products (such as scented candles or air fresheners), public awareness campaigns, and legislative measures taken to protect public health.
- Après-ski — A term adapted from French (après-ski) denoting the social, recreational, and entertainment activities taking place in mountain resorts after the skiing session ends; it also refers to the specific clothing style worn in these contexts or, restrictively, to the insulated, waterproof, and comfortable boots used for walking in the snow after removing ski boots.

- Estate servant — An archaic and regional term used in the past to designate a servant, a farmhand, a domestic worker at a boyar estate, or, in an extended sense, a somber or mourning person (sometimes associated in folklore with someone leading a funeral procession or giving ritualistic signals). Within the old semantic structure of eastern subdialects, the word could also describe a quiet, sullen, or socially withdrawn individual.
- Big sturdy boy — A big, tall, and physically strong boy; a sturdy young lad. Used as an adjective, it describes a girl with tomboyish traits, gestures, or behavior, who prefers dynamic games or boys' clothing over traditionally feminine ones.
