#mid-floor layout

• Mezzanine — An intermediate interior platform, fully or partially open to the main space, constructed between the floor and the ceiling of a high-ceilinged room; a small-scale intermediate floor, often called a mezzanine or entresol. In modern design, it is used for vertical space optimization, housing offices, reading areas, or loft-style bedrooms.
