- Official attestation — An archaic and regional form for the act of certifying, officially recognizing, or legalizing a document, right, or property, formerly used in judicial and administrative chancelleries. This structural term designated the official validation of a testimony or a deed of donation before the ecclesiastical or boyar authorities in the Romanian Principalities.
- Old form of agie — An archaic, altered, or regional form of the noun 'agie', used in the past in vernacular speech uncalibrated administratively; it denotes the medieval police institution in the Romanian Principalities, led by the aga, or its physical structural headquarters, where capital guarding and criminal arrests were handled.
- Aggregation — An archaic form of the noun 'agregație' or 'agregare', utilized in 19th-century administrative, legal, and academic texts. In the French-modeled educational system of the era, the term also designated a special competitive examination or a high academic title granting the right to teach.
- Assaulting — The act of assaulting and its result; a rare and redundant verbal noun describing the dynamic act of physical or verbal attack carried out against an individual. In contemporary lexicons, this term is completely replaced by the well-established forms 'agresare' or 'agresiune'.
- Assaulted — A rare and archaic neologistic variant of the participle 'agresat' (assaulted), used historically to describe a person or entity that was subjected to a violent attack, injury, or hostile action by an attacker. In contemporary Romanian, it is viewed as a redundant doublet and is fully replaced by 'agresat'.
- Aggressor — An early, archaic, or rare neologistic variant of the noun 'agresor' (aggressor, attacker), occasionally used in legal jargon or literary translations from the late 19th century. In contemporary Romanian, the word is considered an adaptation error or an incomplete form, fully replaced by the standard term 'agresor'.
- Bargaining — The act of negotiating a deal (old variant of 'tocmire') and its result; negotiation, agreement, or formal establishment of a price, contract terms, or historical labor obligations. In early Romanian law, it represented the legal or verbal act specifying work duties and tithes between a landowner and a peasant.
- Corrupted term for lawyer — A corrupted, regional, or archaic form of the modern term 'avocat' (lawyer or legal representative), historically used by the rural population due to a lack of full understanding of legal neologisms entering the administration. It reflects a popular etymology phenomenon where foreign words were phonetically adapted to sound more familiar in spoken Romanian during the 18th and 19th centuries.
