#self-referential
- Autobiographicalism — A literary tendency, orientation, or device manifested by the systematic or excessive integration of the author's personal life elements into a work of fiction. Unlike a standard autobiography, this phenomenon describes the deep self-referential imprint that the writer's real memories leave upon the text.
- Autogram — A sentence, short text, or self-referential utterance specially structured to describe or accurately count its own typographic components (such as the total number of letters, vowels, consonants, or punctuation marks contained). In classical philology, the term sometimes describes a letter or official document written by the hand of the same person who signs it.
