- Amnesic — The feminine form of 'amnezic'; describes a female person, a clinical state, or a pharmacological reaction characterized by the total or partial loss of the ability to store, consolidate, or recall memories. In a structural neuropsychological sense, the amnestic manifestation can occur as a direct consequence of hippocampal lesions, intense emotional trauma, or as a temporary side effect of sedative substance administration.
- Anuria — A critical clinical symptom and major medical emergency characterized by the complete absence of urine secretion or elimination from the body, or its severe reduction below the threshold of one hundred milliliters in 24 hours. - Apraxic — Suffering from apraxia or pertaining to apraxia; a person affected by the loss of the ability to execute voluntary coordinated and goal-directed movements, despite intact basic motor and sensory functions. In a structural clinical sense, the term describes clinical manifestations, behaviors, or cerebral lesions associated with the inability to plan and sequence movement schemas.
- Aspermatic — Suffering from aspermatism or lacking semen; relating to the complete absence of secretion or ejaculation of seminal fluid; (in an extended structural sense) containing or producing no male reproductive cells.
