#white arsenic
- Arsenic — The common name given to arsenic trioxide or the element arsenic itself, recognized as an inorganic crystalline mineral compound of extreme toxicity, historically used as a potent poison, but also in infinitesimal doses in medical or metallurgical processes. When used as an adjective, it describes a substance or an acid derived directly from arsenic, capable of forming salts called arsenates.
