• Albotin — A defuncted medieval cave Eastern Orthodox monastery complex, located in northwestern Bulgaria, near the city of Vidin, carved into a limestone cliff in the Rabrova River valley and used by ascetic monks during the 14th-15th centuries.
• Aliquant — A fractional part of a whole or of a number that does not divide it exactly, always leaving a remainder after the mathematical division operation. Unlike an aliquot part, an aliquant part is contained within a larger quantity a number of times plus a fraction (e.g., 5 is an aliquant part of 12, because it goes into it twice and leaves a remainder of 2). In old legal terminology, it described an unequal or residual share.
