#coat loop

• Hanger loop — A small piece of fabric, strap, cord, metallic ring, or loop fixed onto a garment, towel, or household object to allow it to be suspended on a nail or rack; as a feminine adjective (especially in botany), it describes a plant (such as ivy or grapevine) that climbs by securing itself to an external support using tendrils or adventitious roots.
