#legal act
- Act — A fundamental polysemantic term; it represents an official document of a legal or administrative nature attesting to a fact, obligation, or legal right. In a philosophical or behavioral sense, it defines a conscious action or a manifestation of human will. In the performing arts, it constitutes a main division of a play or opera, structurally delimited by intermissions or major scenery changes.
- Land consolidation — The act of joining and its result; the legal and technical operation whereby two or more adjacent properties, registered in separate land registers, are consolidated into a single property body from a cadastral point of view. In urban planning, it allows consolidating land plots for development projects.
- To pawn — The action of giving or leaving a movable asset as a pawn (pledge) to secure a monetary loan; to pawn or pledge a valuable object. Figuratively, the term describes sacrificing, compromising, or endangering an abstract and valuable thing (such as the future, honor, or freedom) for immediate advantage.
- To arrest — To legally deprive a person of liberty through apprehension or incarceration, based on a warrant or an order issued by a competent judicial authority. In a structural procedural sense, the action marks the transition of a suspect from a state of liberty to a regime of pretrial detention or sentence execution, governed by strict criminal law rules designed to guarantee fundamental rights protection.
